"I think being happy with ourselves, with life and with others transforms the world. At the same time, I think most of our 'suffering' comes from feeling disappointed in our intimate relationships. And I think that without having healthy relationships, with our family, friends and lovers, we lose a ton of energy. Without feeling love flowing through our hearts and bodies, for me, is like living in a barren desert. It's empty. It's lonely. And it's actually painful. And most of us have probably all been there at some point...
