How Enrollment Works
We are committed to creating a clear, grounded, and well-held ceremonial container. Please read the process below so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1: Register for Q2
Secure your place with a payment in full or a $500 deposit. Note: Early Bird Pricing does not apply with a deposit/payment plan option.
Your pricing tier (Early Bird or Regular) is locked in based on the date your payment is received.
Step 2: Look For Your Confirmation Email
Immediately after registration, you will receive:
• Payment receipt
• Link to schedule your 20-minute Q2 Alignment Conversation
• Next step instructions
* You will receive our Welcome Letter with the exact location address
and all necessary preparation information at least 45 days prior to the event.
Step 3: Alignment Conversation
After enrolling, please schedule your 20-minute Q Alignment Conversation.
If attending as a couple, we ask at least one partner to complete this call with Amara. Both are welcome.
This is a space to answer any questions, and ensures a readiness for your retreat.
Step 4: Room Assignment:
Tuition includes shared accommodations. Private room upgrades are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Step 5: Payment Completion
We encourage full payment for the retreat at registration. This secures your place immediately.
All balances must be paid in full by prior to the retreat.

Payment plans are offered at Regular Pricing, and Regular Q2 Graduate Pricing only (Early Bird pricing does not apply to payment plans).
This keeps the system simple and sustainable for our team.
ROOM UPGRADE COSTS
Private Room with Private Bathroom – (Limited) + $400 (Thursday-Saturday nights).
Room upgrades are requests and subject to availability.
We assign rooms (not the retreat center).

Room assignments are confirmed within 5 business days of registration.
Prices Include: course materials, all healthy meals, comfortable accommodations. (upgrades to private rooms available on a first come-first-served basis.)
Enrollment & Administration Fee.
Your first payment includes a non-refundable $500 Enrollment & Administration Fee, covering commitments made on your behalf at enrollment — venue, food and accommodation planning, facilitators, insurance, administration, and payment processing. If you're unable to attend, this fee may be converted to transferable credit (see below).
Payment. Pay in full at enrollment, or pay $500 as your deposit with the remaining balance due by December 1, 2026. Payment plans available by arrangement. Your place is confirmed once fully paid. After enrolling, you'll receive your receipt and a link to schedule your Q2 Alignment Conversation.
Cancellation:
Within 14 days of enrolling (your Reflection Window): full refund of everything except the $500 fee — any reason, no explanation needed. Processed within 10 business days.
90 or more days before the retreat: full refund of all payments beyond the $500 fee.
45–89 days before the retreat: your choice — 50% refund of payments beyond the fee, or 100% as transferable credit.
Within 44 days of the retreat: no cash refunds; payments convert to transferable credit.
Transferable credit: at any point before the retreat, payments (including the $500 fee) may become credit toward any Amara Charles program or retreat — valid 24 months, transferable to another person with our approval.
If we cancel or reschedule: full refund of everything paid, including the $500 fee.
Life happens. If a serious circumstance arises outside these windows, contact us — we will always have a human conversation before a policy one.
