How Enrollment Works

We are committed to creating a clear, grounded, and well-held ceremonial container. Please read the process below so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Register

Secure your place with a payment in full or a $500 deposit.

Your pricing tier (Early Bird or Regular) is locked in based on the date your payment is received.

PRICES LISTED ARE PER PERSON.

Step 2: Look For Your Confirmation Email

Immediately after registration, you will receive:

• Payment receipt
• Link to schedule your 20-minute Alignment Conversation
• Next step instructions

Step 3: Alignment Conversation

After enrolling, please schedule your 20-minute Q Alignment Conversation.

If attending as a couple, at least one partner must complete this call. Both are welcome.

This is a space to answer any questions, and ensures a readiness for your retreat.

Step 4: Room Assignment

Step 5: Payment Completion

We encourage full payment at registration online. This secures your place immediately and requires no further action.

All balances must be paid in full by August 1, 2026.

Payment plans are limited and subject to approval. Early Bird Discounts Prices does not apply to Deposits. Participants pay full regular Prices with deposits and payment plans.

Payment plans are offered at Regular Pricing only (Early Bird pricing does not apply to payment plans). Prices listed are per person.

This keeps the system simple and sustainable for our team.

Optional Room Upgrades (Limited Availability)

Your registration includes meals, comfortable shared accomodations with shared bathrooms.

For additional privacy, upgraded rooms are available:

Two Queen Beds + Private Bathroom + Kitchenette

+400 per person - 4 nights.

King Bed + Private Bathroom + Kitchenette

+600 per person - 4 nights.

Room upgrades are requests and subject to availability.

We assign rooms (not the retreat center).

Room assignments are confirmed within 5 business days of registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Prices Include: course materials, all healthy meals, comfortable accommodations. (upgrades to private rooms available on a first come-first-served basis.)

$500 deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations before July 1, 2026:
→ $500 admin fee is non-refundable

→ Payments beyond the $500 deposit may request a refund in writing, or transfer to a future Amara Charles program within 18 months of this event.

Cancellations after July 1, 2026:
→ All payments are non-refundable.

Balances due in full by August 1, 2026.
